Springhill Suites By Marriott Conyers, Conyers

I was thrilled with the hotel's modern lobby and the beautiful backdrop of the waterfall. The room was huge, and my daughter absolutely loved the comfy and fluffy bed. The breakfast was delicious, and I can't wait to stay here again whenever I'm in Conyers. However, the rooms looked nice at first glance but were dirty and in poor repair, and the lack of communication on when we would get our room was frustrating.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The room was very large but unfortunately dirty, and I encountered roaches on my last night. The staff, however, were friendly and went out of their way to assist me. The location was convenient, although there were some cleanliness issues around the property.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were very tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable, providing a nice separation between the sitting and kitchenette area and the bedroom. However, there were issues with missing light bulbs and cleanliness, notably roaches in the room on the last night. The service had its ups and downs, from being charged to encountering unfriendly behavior in contrast to some very friendly interactions. The location was pretty big and convenient for various activities, although it had its own drawbacks such as stickiness. The dining experience offered good food but lacked variety, with a wish for alternative meat options. Despite its flaws, a standout feature was the proximity to key areas and having personal space for our teen son, though being on the outskirts.
